I am fully committed to the exploration of self-awareness.
To do so, I am sharing my method for finding the beauty and the positivity that is in all of us and in the world surrounding us.
Every journey begins with a choice.
Life is full of choices.
Every step on our life journey, every choice we make can bring us closer to the joy we seek. We can choose to live consciously and live aware.
Embracing the natural ageing process that we refer to as “growing old” with deeper understanding of the importance of inner growth.
My personal journey began with the desire not just to grow old but to grow up.
Both inside myself and around the world.
Born in Italy, had I met my relatives’ expectations, I would have been a homemaker.
I chose to follow my heart, my intuition, my inner voice instead.
I had a strong desire to extend my reach, study and build a career I loved, to really make a difference.
I have lived in many different European countries and in the United States.
There have been failed marriages, true love, devastating pain, intense happiness along my journey of learning to listen to myself.
Through my experiences I have learned to look for the happiness within me, to see it in everything around me.
My own desire to develop self-awareness has led me to this point.
My own self discoveries have unearthed just how much beauty and strength lies inside us all.
I have created a method that works, that stimulates, promotes a healthy mindset, encouraging individuals to seek purpose to improve their lives.

Personal growth and entrepreneurial success
I established my own management consulting agency in the United States, where I brought together my two main passions: personal growth and the search for entrepreneurial success.
Over the course of my life, I have come to believe that it is in our darkest moments that you’ve got the chance to grow as a person and show yourself first your inner greatness.
During the course of my life, I have learnt to transform a negative narrative into a positive story.
I chose to continue to grow a deeper understanding.
Combining these passions together, turned me into a professional behavioral analyst, and today I wish to share my method for finding the beauty and positivity that is in all of us and the world which surrounds us.
Because life is a gift.
